Google Maps

In most cases it's recommended to use the Google Maps (Version 3) extension in stead of this one.

This extension enables you to display a map from Google Maps in your PivotX blog. Additionally, you can add an overlay on the map defined by a KML-file.

The extension uses the Google Maps (JavaScript) API. This has many benefits compared to using an iframe as the normal map embedding does. The biggest benefit being the ease of adding (KML) overlays.

NB! To use Google Maps on your site, you need to get a Google Maps API key for your domain.
